Can I sell your template?

Of course you can! But this requires a commercial template license. Contact us directly to discuss & make an offer. For commercial license the template is all yours - no strings attached. Unlike premium themes, it is catered for your use, to secure your usages & rights using on line soft wares. This will help you on false claims & reports by 3rd parties for using a "software" without consent or permission.

Links & Dropdown Links

Where is my navigational links? The section is displayed on template but the links are missing?

Of course it's missing. This is because it is using a Blogger owned gadgets. it is attached to your blog details. Go to the dedicated section & add in your links. You can build dropdowns just by using the special characters as instructed. It's easy!

Can I create a sub sub menu with my navigational links?

No you can not - but it is workable. Following basic 101 web page best practises, a single dropdown menu is far more like able by search engine robots rather than deeper links, which at some time is ignored or broken due to your maintenance works.

Blog Posts

Where's my posts? It is not displaying?

Have you published your posts yet? If not please create several sample content, with a title and add some labels to that post then publish it.

Also check at your dashboard layout page where the Blog gadget is assigned check the amount of post to display field.

Why my blog posts images blurry?

Depends on what's the image post dimension & size you have uploaded at your post. If you have images at lower than 380px in width or height it tends to happen. This is due to how the image container displayed on all screen size which is at 380px min width.

Upload a larger sized image, but due take note on the image file size before uploading.

Why my social sharing button not displayed?

Have you un ticked the display sharing options in Blog gadget. If yes, turn it on by ticking the appropriate box.

I am trying to display the location. The Google map is not showing. Why?

Have you updated & save your post location at the specific post under the Location section. If not search a location and add the marker. Click save to save your location before re-publishing it.

I do not want users to print my Post. How to turn it off?

Easy! At Layout click your Blog Gadget & untick the appropriate section where it says to allow print.

Ticker News

My ticker news section is empty? Help.

Have you published enough sample posts? Have you activated the ticker News Section assigned gadget by adding the activator parameter? If not do so. By default, the ticker news will display 4 or more post. You can lower down the amount of post to display or you can publish more posts.

My ticker news is not displaying on my post pages. Why?

The ticker news add on is only available on all pages except home blog post page. You can easily add it in just by including the News Ticker activator in theme, Contact us for more info.

Can I enlarge the ticker news post images?

Yes you can. Use the parameter assigned to add your new values. In addition, if however some custom style display is overriding the Ticker News image size, then add the specific CSS styles via Blogger Template Designer. The elements class names is available at documentation page.

Featured Posts Section

My Featured Section is not showing too?

Same conditions applies as previous questions.

My theme show 2 Feature Section in but in demo there are 5 sections.

Depending on template version, only premium versions has all 5 Featured Section pre-installed & activated with the plug-in.

An alert signed displayed at my Featured Section. What is it?

Depending on what type of error, the alert will guide you on the basic errors the theme is trying to configure according to your settings. Mostly these errors occurs if your blog feed is not set to full (or turned off). The most commons ones is due to not enough post published.

I am trying to display a specific author at Featured Section gadget. But the post is not filtering the said author.

Same conditions applies as previous questions. First thing first - always check the amount of post you have published. If the amount of posts is not available to what you want to display off course nothing will show up - simple logic.

The theme only needs to know the author's name, as displayed for a given post. You can select the full name & paste it with the assigned parameter. The rest the theme will handle for you.

Is the author you are filtering has a post within the amount of pages you are retrieving? If not increase your max_feed value & max_display value. Just remember, the more blog post feed to retrieve means the heavier in file size & becomes heavier to display your page. Use wisely.

I am trying to insert a specific Featured Section style, but it is not showing as like in preview. Why?

Check your spelling or spaces between custom class name if you are using a preset style. If you are using your own custom styles, make sure the styles CSS follows the target element hierarchy ( .parent .children .[the target element] )

You could also add an !important to a specific style which is most likely to happen if your custom class name is used by other elements/gadgets.

Yes you can. Use the parameter assigned with this gadget.

Tabable Content using Gadgets

My fourth gadget is not grouped as a tabable content., why?

The tabable content display only allows up to 3 Blogger gadgets. Which means the forth & so on gadgets from the attached assigned gadget to display as tabable content will be ignored.

Can I add more tabable content?

Yes you can. The instructions is at theme documentation.

Instagram Feed

Why my Instagram feed not showing?

Have you included the tag to display Instagram images? If not do so at any HTML/Javascript Blogger gadget. One has already pre-assigned for & located at sidebar.

If you have entered a specific tag, did you remove the # displayed with your Instagram handle? If not,you can remove it as the information retrieved is only allowing text character.

If you have created a clientId at Instagram developer web page, have you made the apps public? If not please do so.

Are you including a newly created hashtag or an Instagram account? We have users report that somewhere within 2 hours it would be displayed. But it depends on how fast Instagram re-index users pages too.

Why my Instagram images blurry?

By default the Instagram post images retrieves a thumbnail or low_resolution size. Which means the size delivered to your page will be at 128px X 128px (thumbnail) & 205px X 205px (low_resolution).

It is deliberately set to smaller resolution for optimal page display & performance. You can adjust the amount of images displayed side by side. If do not care about slower web page display, then the standard_resolution option can be used.

Comment System

The whole entire comments is not displaying. Why?

Have you turned on Blogger comments. If not please do so.

Have you untick the "display comments" field at your Blog gadget? If not please tick.

Have you allowed a certain page to show comments? If not choose the appropriate settings at your post sidebar.

Why my Disqus comment not showing up?

Have you created an account at Disqus web page to retrieve you disqus_shortname ? if not please create one & insert the parameter value as instructed.

When clicking the Disqus link, it takes time to show up. Why?

Like Google+ comments, it is on demand. Which means when a user clicks the specific comment link, by the the comment plug-in will initiate, hence display the comment layout. It also depends on the current internet access during clicking the comment link.

This technique will ensure a faster page display as comments are loaded when (and only) if we wanted it to be loaded.

My Google+ comments by users displayed is just like my Blogger comments, why?

Google automatically merge both of this comment system, so, if a user comment on Blogger default comment box, it will show up at a Google+ comment. This will allow users to comment if they do not wish to log in (or do not have) a Google+ account.

Can I add more comments system?

Of course you can. In fact we have already provided the initial mark-up for you in template HTML & easily accessible. It will build the links to display as a tabable content just like the other comment system installed.

Post Authors

The post author image is not showing up. Why?

The post author is linked to the author's Google+ profile. The author's name & profile image is automatically retrieved from there. Make sure the author has included the page (or url) to your blog in the Contributor section at their profile pages.

I can not find my top or bottom post Ads section. Where is it?

Unfortunately this feature is pre-installed on premium no attribution version only.

My breadcrumb links is diplaying only 1 label. Where's the rest?

Unfortunately this feature is pre-installed on premium no attribution version only.

A lot of functions have been installed on premium versions theme, which includes all codes has indicators to extend the existing functions used. This will let moderate to advance users to manipulate the existing functions to use to their desired preferences. We try to use less shortcuts as each line is explained on its usage..

The variables used are human readable & explained in detail what a specific function is doing. You could view the functions activator at our themes which indicates what the function task is for.
